I really, really did not expect to Steelers to triumph over the Broncs today. Quite frankly, I was anticipating a close game, but one that would turn out in favor of Denver by at least a touchdown, or even just a field goal. But we fucking dominated the Broncos on the field today, and even though they rallied and came back a bit in the second half, it was over for them by the middle of the fourth quarter. Our defense was strong as hell, but our offense was truly impressive--especially our passing game, which was spot-on today (and needed to be since Denver's defense was excellent at shutting down our running game). Damn. I thought it was impressive that we knocked over the Colts, but this is a whoooooooole 'nother story. The Superbowl is going to flatout rock this year, and I can honestly say I think Bettis has a pretty damn good chance of retiring after this season with a Superbowl ring.
