OK. A substantial update at last....Sort of.

Wow. So much freshness is on the horizon it's not even funny....Frankly, I don't even know where to begin--and it's still a little early to let the cat out of the bag in some cases here (don't want to jinx anything), but simply put: for the first time in months I am honestly looking forward to the future with a sincerely optimistic outlook as opposed to vitriolic, cynical dread.

One of the things I'm definitely looking forward to later in this year is leaving the country the first time to go to the Zillo Festival to see Skinny Puppy Themselves in concert. Now, I don't know if this will ultimately be possible--time constraints and, of course, lack of money may very well derail things like usual--but as it now stands, I've started socking away the dollars. I simply must see Skinny Puppy this year...and I've always wanted to go to Germany, so what is better than putting them both together?

Also, without any doubt whatsoever, this is going to be the Renaissance year for Pegritz-based or -related musical projects. I strongly suspect that by the end of the year, I will have been involved in some way with more than five hours worth of new amazing rockamaroll under 20 or 30 different aliases.

But right now, I am flat-out tired from a looooooooooong day. So my taking on of the entire world like Godzilla with a synthesizer will just have to wait until I wake up tomorrow....

Oooh, I'm glad your music is working out so well! Heh... I'd love to work on some music stuff with you this weekend at some point (though I would have to bring a friend along... my buddy from high school, Walt, is coming up to see me, FINALLY...)
