OK. It's official. Pegritz is gonna get inked sometime in the next two weeks....

Left forearm: Caffeine molecule diagram (wireframe).

Right forearm: The Riemannian matrix equation that codes for track 2 on the Aphex Twin Windowlicker single.

My brother an I are probably going to get tattoos around his birthday (April 6), too. Probably the Tohya Miho "darkly cute" picture for me, which isn't quite as cool as yours.

Idaknow, man...that's pretty damn cute. :)

I'm certainly not planning to eventually cover my entire body in molecular diagrams and high-order mathematics equations, but I *do* rather like the idea of carrying around some of my favorite concepts on me at all times. Eventually, I also plan to get the Skinny Puppy logo, the Nyarlathotep logo, kanji for "neko", and various anatomical sketches from Gray's Anatomy on various parts of me as well. A bizarre mix of 20th-Century chemical imagery, 19th-Century anatomical work, incredibly complex abstract mathematical concepts, and oldskool industrial bands...that's me, allright.

"Neko" is "cat," right?

I have a Gray's Anatomy tattoo, already, and (if you don't already know) you can probably guess which picture. Here's a hint, there's a five-pointed star behind it. ^_^

Yes!

ROCKIN', Oh, soon to be joining the ranks of the inked!

Wish I could go with you (even if it would probably mean I would want to fill another section of my body--or at least get the ankle piece doctored up).

Post pics?

*HUG*

Have you ever gotten inked before?
It is so addicting... all I can think about half the time is what I want next and when the next time will be that I can save up for it.
Generally I'm very sworn anti-band tattoos, but I think I'm going to have to get the Puppy symbol to commemorate the new album...

Yeah, but it's the SKINNY PUPPY logo. How fucking fresh is THAT? :)

Yeah, I think I'm going to get the serpentine one from the new, not yet finished puppy page.
Probably on the back of my neck.

Indeed. I love the serpentine SP logo, too....But the new album one is a bit more Victorian-looking, and naturally that goes well with me. :)

I wish the Dresden Dolls had some kind of great logo I could get painted on my forehead....I *should* get a "coin-slot" tattoo right in the middle of my chest, though, right over my heart with the words "Deposit One (1) Quarter for One (1) Play" underneath it.

Haha, that would be amazing. I just discovered the Dresden Dolls and I can't stop listening to them. "Coin-Operated Boy" is a great song, and everyone should be able to purchase on of those :P
FAR superior to blow up dolls.
Have you seen them live?

And I would go crazy over a Victorian looking Ogre. Not that I don't already go completely insane over him...
My boyfriend's boss gets to interview him in the near future and I am SO friggin jealous.

Yep. The Dresden Dolls put on one of the best live shows known to man...which is impressive, since basically they're just a SuperHott chick playing piano and a totally cool HPL-wannabe guy playing drums. But, man, it works. It works SO WELL.

Nivek Ogre's an interesting guy to interview. I'd like to do it myself some day, but it would basically go like this: "Heya, Nivek...want some tequila?" And then it would just be 45 minutes of drunken babbling about our favorite synths and horror movies.
