oneirophreniamay very well be my new favorite band. Enon held the post for a while, but Enon is nowhere near as catchy and as purely New Wave as My Favorite is. Hell, according to AMG's allmusic.com, their first album Love at Absolute Zero (which has to be one of the best titles ever) is "the best album of 1983, just delivered sixteen years late." And it is. I haven't heard an album so squarely designed around the early-80s synth-pop/post-punk aesthetic since The Pulsars' one and only album. It's absolutely to die for.
